WOW just Wow! Lexi from Unique Carpet Cleaning is fantastic. He arrived on time and from when he stepped into our home it was nothing but professionalism. The care for our home was outstanding. You can see that Lexi take pride in his job and takes the time to chat to you about what he is doing, how to care for your couches and rugs. Lexi respects the home and was very careful as he cleaned along. He was able to get out every stain that we had on our capets and the rug looks brand new. I had placed a booking with the company and then had to change it for a later date. On the date of the cleaning no-one came so I called and I was told the booking wasn’t placed, however the lady in the phone (Anna?) Quickly organised a replacement and he come with 1.5 hours and the price was great. Mistakes can happen working with clients especially during a pandemic! The way you handle these mistakes is what makes businesses stand out to me. The quick send out on the same day within 2 hours was fantastic customer service and I will be recommending them to everyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

Great customer service. I was looking for professional stain removal, luckily I found unique carpet cleaning they removed very old stains on our carpet.

We had to get our carpets re-cleaned after using this company. All the stains came back due to over wetting the carpet and we ended up with a horrible damp wet dog smell (we don’t own a dog). The company didn’t seem to care.
