Pricing Estimates & Quotes

The rate that we quote you over the phone or email is a generic one and is subjected to change after we inspect the job. Our technicians reserve the rights to fully inspect what needs to be cleaned whether a carpet or rug or upholstery and without this, the cleaning work will not commence.

The rates quoted will change if the room was bigger than 10-12m2 or if there we some extra rooms too that were not told before. If the carpet is in a soiled condition and needs additional stain treatment or sanitise you will need to pay more.

Spot and Stain Removal

Only basic stains are included in the cleaning prices, not the permanent ones. We do not take any guarantee on the stains that have been treated or not before with any stain remover. Difficult stains will be quoted at rates different from the general ones and we expect our clients to approve the same as these require extensive cleanup.

Our Guarantee

We clean the carpets, rugs, upholstery, and other items as per the industry standards. We give our customers 24 hours to raise their concerns if they are not happy with the cleaning done. We promise to re-clean all those areas that the client feels have not been done to the fullest of his satisfaction.

General Terms and Conditions

  • The customer needs to provide our technicians will access to the property so that the cleaning can be performed.
  • Both water and electricity must be available in the property at the time of cleaning.
  • Payment needs to be done up front on the day of the service.
  • Card payments are subjected to a transaction fee of 2%.
  • Cancellation of the booking needs to be done at least 48 hours before scheduled cleaning, else the client will have to pay us a cancellation fee that stands somewhere around $90.
  • No refund claims will be considered once the service has been completed and the team has vacated the property unless otherwise stated by us.
  • If a customer fails to inform us 1 day before the service scheduled about the cancellation, he will have to pay us 100% of the fee as this is counted as a no show.
  • We will investigate the complaints and concerns put forth by the clients before scheduling a re-cleanup.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the carpet seams that might become loose after cleaning.
